Consultation booking

How getting started works.

An Agape Rx consultation is a medical review, not a checkout. You share your health information, a licensed provider decides whether prescription treatment is appropriate for you, and a compounded prescription is only prepared if it is.

Start consult now

Prescription treatment is available only after a medical review by a licensed provider. Finishing a consult does not guarantee a prescription.

This website is not a substitute for emergency care. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911.

One product at a time

Each consult covers a single product. If you’re interested in more than one, complete a separate consult for each — start with the product you want most, then come back for the next.

The process, step by step

  1. 1

    Share your health information

You'll complete a secure intake covering your health goals, medical history, current medications, and allergies. This is the information a provider needs in order to review your request. Each intake covers one product — if you'd like more than one, complete a separate consult for each.

  2. 2

A licensed provider reviews your information

An independent licensed provider in your state reviews what you submitted and decides whether prescription treatment may be medically appropriate for you.

  3. 3

A consultation if your provider needs more detail

Some situations need a conversation before a decision is made. If yours does, your care team will reach out to arrange it. Completing an intake does not guarantee a prescription.

  4. 4

    Pharmacy fulfillment and follow-up

If your provider prescribes, the prescription goes to Rush Pharmacy, an independent compounding pharmacy, for preparation and delivery. Your provider then reviews how you're doing and adjusts when needed.

What to have ready

  • A list of your current medications and any allergies
  • Relevant medical history, including heart, thyroid, kidney, and pancreatic conditions
  • Your health goals and what you have already tried
  • A phone number and email address your care team can reach you on
