Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and located in a state we serve (all U.S. states except California) at the time of your consultation.
Not a medical provider
Agape Rx is a technology platform that facilitates access to independent licensed providers and licensed pharmacies. Agape Rx does not practice medicine or pharmacy. All clinical decisions are made by licensed providers using independent professional judgment.
Prescription requirement
Prescription medications are dispensed only upon a valid prescription issued by a licensed provider after an appropriate evaluation. Completing an intake or payment does not guarantee a prescription.
Accurate information
You agree to provide complete and truthful medical information. Providing false information may endanger your health and result in account termination.
No emergency care
This service is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agape Rx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.
