Consultations

If a licensed provider determines you are not a candidate for treatment, you will not be charged for medication.

Medications

For patient safety and in accordance with pharmacy regulations, dispensed prescription medications cannot be returned or resold. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised, contact us promptly for a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

You may cancel a pending order before it is dispensed by the pharmacy for a full refund of the medication charge.
