Independent licensed medical providers are available through LocumTele, our provider network.
Visit LocumTeleHow does the consultation work?
You complete a secure health intake and meet with a licensed medical provider. The provider reviews your health history, discusses risks and benefits, and decides whether treatment is medically appropriate. A prescription is never guaranteed.
Can I request more than one product?
Each consult covers one product. If you’re interested in more than one, complete a separate consult for each — start with the product you want most, then come back for the next.
Who may be eligible for treatment?
Eligibility depends on your health history, current medications, treatment goals, and a provider’s medical judgment. Your clinician will discuss whether any requested treatment is appropriate for you and review alternatives when needed.
Are compounded medications FDA-approved?
No. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and the FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. A licensed provider can explain why a compounded option may be prescribed for an individual patient.
